Symptoms include frequent urination in small amounts, sometimes with vocalisation or urinating outside the litter tray, uncleanliness, bloody urine and an increased \”urge to clean\” the genitals. The balanced mineral ratio in this food brings the pH value of the urine into the slightly acidic range. This uric acidifying property of the food can help to prevent the formation of new struvite.
